Shark Cove, Mi. - As dawn broke bright over Walnut Creek, California.......

Wait, what?

B-Rod returns! He lives, he lives!

Yep, Sharkman was gone again!

This time, we find our intrepid hero exploring tidal basin's with his sharklets just south of Half Moon Bay at 7 a.m. just south of San Francisco, along the world famous Highway 1. Is this a great country or what!?!

But he has returned with his entourage of "Belo News Editors" who feverishly worked to bring you this weeks edition! After all, the Nation expects to read this hard hitting, fact based information each week and Belo News delivers!

That's right, Bunkie! Even when they are gone, they get each edition of Belo News out to their subscribers!

Apparently it was a big week in the Shark Minion Nation as several big names in the cycling world (at least the Shark Minion "world.") returned to the Nation for their season debut.

There was also a celebrity rider! Airman was back!

Airman has moved up to Grand Rapids, so when he returns he is now considered a "Celebrity Rider!" Not only that, but he was wearing shoes that demonstrated his "celebrity" status and brought wows from even Mr. Style, himself, Nikeboy!

Also returning to the Nation to make their season debuts were Stingray, B-Rod, J-Dog and Falcon.....and even Mad Dog showed up! B-Rod back? Oh, the humanity! He lives! He lives!

And yes, Mad Dog, that perennial Minion who hasn't been very "perennial" of late, had returned!

Mad Dog not only returned but took the photos for this edition of Belo News! Thanks Mad Dog!

Wildman took the group photo at the start and also reported the finishing line up!

All in all, it looks like 20 riders were in attendance for the Holiday Saturday, many in their red, white & blue jerseys! Minions are reading the blog!?!

As a side note, Red, White & Blue stand for freedom.....until you see them in your rear view mirror!

But there was none of that on Saturday!

Oh, the humanity!

Though the ride was described as "fantastic," "great" and "mellow," those descriptions have been called into question because the Sharkman was not in attendance! So back off the superlatives Minions! We don't want to make the old Shark feel bad! He needs to be missed!

It was reported that the final sprint went to J-Dog, with Ironman and Kid Doster filling out the podium spots.

It was also reported that Wishbone bought the koffee! And Sharkman missed it!?! What the.......

Thanks Wishbone! Sharkman says he'll collect his koffee this Saturday!

Speaking of Saturday, you won't want to miss this week's edition, when the Sharkman returns to his beloved Nation!

Not to be outdone, Nikeboy was "stylin" as well!

Shark Cove, Mi. - The Tour de Taylor will be on Saturday, June 10 and it is hoped that they have a great turn out! There is still time to register. The Nation will be launching around 7:30 a.m. but that has not been finalized yet, so watched for more details in next week's edition of Belo News!

Here are the details on the ride!

Mattawan, Mi. - Minions have been reporting in and it looks like the Nation will be represented at the Tour de Taylor by a number of "Big Wigs" of the Nation! Oh, the humanity!

So don't wait, sign up now and join the Nation for the 100k, (62 mile for those Minions like Sharkan, who can't convert kilometers) ride. More information on time and meeting place in a future Belo News. Here is the latest news and link from Team Taylor:

We've got TWO - count 'em TWO - special rides coming up in June!
No, you don't need to be retired to join the Minion crew on these weekday rides, you just need a flexible work schedule and a yen for good company, food and beer.

Join us Friday, June 9 for Gazelle Girl's Triple A Birthday Ride. Meet at Arcadia Ales in Kalamazoo at 11 a.m. for a pint. Ride linear trails to Arcadia Ales in Battle Creek for lunch, then back to Arcadia Ales in Kazoo for more libations. This will be a fun, casual ride so we'll save your legs for the next day's Tour De Taylor.

LUCKY ONES LUNCH RIDE JUNE 13!

Tuesday, June 13 we're riding to Hastings for lunch at The Walldorff. Launching from Zychmann's place at 10 am - 4106 East Gull Lake Dr, Hickory Corners.
