Hastings, Mi. - As previously reported, this Saturday is Oktoberfest in Hastings! What better way to celebrate than for the Nation to do their annual Barry-Roubaix Training ride and to visit the Waldorf for lunch and, of course, BEER!
Hastings is having an Oktoberfest Party in the streets, which we hope doesn't keep us out of the Waldorf, but the Nation will be there!
This is the perfect way to train for the Iceman in November!
You won't want to miss this ride, even if you are not training for Iceman. Last year around 10 riders made the trek and also enjoyed the ambiance of the Waldorf for post ride fun! Oh, the humanity!
The weather looks like it will cooperate with only a 20% chance of rain, but this ride goes rain or shine! Hey, Bunkie, you better be ready for the same at the Iceman! And maybe snow!

Launch time - 9:00 a.m. - SHARP!
Please let Sharkman know if you are riding as we don't want to leave without you AND more importantly, it is hoped we can give a number to the Waldorf to get them prepared for the onslaught of the Nation!
A hungry, thirsty Nation can be unruly!
As we went to press, we do not know if the Waldorf takes reservations, but we will try to call them Friday to find out.
So let Sharkman know if you are coming!
