Shark Cove, MI. - As dawn broke over the Shark Cove, our intrepid hero, the Sharkman, was lamenting a pretty dismal winter. January was mostly fog, rain and weather that was too wet and muddy with temps in the 30's and a major lack of snow, making it impossible to ski or even, fat tire.
Then February arrived and though there was occassional snow fall, the skiing was, for the most part, limited.
But the end is in sight, Bunkie!
And though the mighty Shark Minion Nations "Field of Dreams" known as the Koffee Klutch Tour de Gull is presently under a winter storm warning, spring is coming!
No, really!!!
And how do all cyclists know that spring is near, you ask?
Because it is time for the annual "End of Winter" Party at Mikes Team Active Bikes!
Oh, yes, Bunkie, you heard that right.
This Friday, February 28, 2020 is this annual get together for local bike enthusists! And we here at Belo News are hoping for a good Minion turn out so we can all catch up and celebrate the end of this past long winters night while supporting our local bike shop!
The cool kids (Sharkman and his entourage) will be there around 6 p.m. and he is hoping to once again, press the flesh with his beloved Shark Minions. There will be great deals on bikes and gear and New Holland Brewing will be on hand offering their astounding beer in preperation for their opening in Battle Creek.
So, here is the drill.
This Friday, February 28, 2020 Mike's Team Active End of Winter Party!
From their Facebook Page, and we quote......"We have a special guest for the End of Winter Party!!! New Holland Brewing will be setting up shop on our third floor to get the party rolling! See you February 28th at 4:00PM."
